      Terrible, Awful, Horrible and Disappointing Customer Service. I could not post this review with zero (0) star and needed to give 1 star, but they don't diverse 1 star. Terrible person answered my call today around 4:30 PM. I suggested to this Horrible person to hire a human being to answer the phone because she if Disgusting and did not solve my issue. Unfortunately I will need to call another day to try to solve this issue and hope this Distasteful person does not answer my call. I have my account for more then 20 years, but unfortunately I will need to close my account to avoid encounter with this type of Unprepared Incompetent filling Staff.
