      I had been working with the Weiner and Rice company for 2 years. Staci did my taxes first, and she did an incredible job. Was communicative, paid attention to the detail in my taxes, and was exceptional. This year Thad Reece did my taxes and I couldn't have been any more upset. My toddler has a blood disease and my significant other is out of work due to his recent diagnoses of cancer. It took me countless attempts to reach him by phone, by email. Which was really important to me in knowing how were going to keep up with our bills for the next 8 months while he is out of work getting chemotherapy. Thad was not responsive at all. Did not communicate with me at all. I understand with everything going on with the pandemic things will be slowed down. But he wasn't emailing me back, or calling me back at all which is unprofessional. He then put the blame on another accountant as to why no one has reached out to me in the 2-3 months I was trying to get a hold of him. If I could take everything back, I wouldn't have paid for him to do my taxes because he was terrible and I will not be doing my taxes with this company in the future.

      This guys are really good on what they do! I’ve been dealing with Ron Rice and his team for a few years now and I can definitely recommend them to anyone who needs taxes done professionally and on time! They will even remind you if you forget to do this or that, so you will never run behind the due day! Great job, thank you!
