      As a FedEx Employees Credit Union member needing to do some “in-person” interacting and discussing of accounts I looked to the chat/text service online through Welcome for some questions on whether or not they could assist me at their location closest to me. I was told to leave my name and phone number so that a representative would get back to me via text and I was impressed at the amount of time on a Friday afternoon it took for the associate to get back to me and give me ALL of the answers I needed to my many questions; especially because I am not a direct member of their credit union.

      I have been a customer of the credit union since the mid 1990's.I recently had to contact them via email about my HELOC. Loris Miles branch manager was rude when I asked a simple question about her email.

      I'm shared credit union customer. Came here to do transactions, but was told I couldn't. Ask to speak manager, told no manager available. Don't recommend this unwelcoming credit union.
