      I am writing this review because a Wells Fargo representative named Brooklyn, from the Foreign Currency Division, is just OUTSTANDING! We didn't get our Euros delivered to us on 15 July so I called and left a message and she called me back and, not answering because I didn't recognize the number, she left me a voice message and she was so Professional, Informative, helpful, and just NICE! I got all the information we needed to find out when our Euros will arrive. So impressed with this young Lady and she is a Wonderful Representative for Wells Fargo!!

      "BAIT & Switch" tactics at Wells Fargo are Alive & Well!! Be Careful when Choosing the Wells Fargo Visa Credit Card because the BENEFITS are NOT what they seem!. The BENEFITS center tells you that this card has Price Protection, Purchase Security, & Extended Warranty and when you file a claim, they deny the claim based on the fact that the Visa Card does NOT have these benefits!! I believe their CEO, Charlie Scharf, needs to know what customers are experiencing in their Credit Card business!! I would look at other Credit cards such as CapitalOne Mastercard that does have all of these Protection Benefits and great Customer Service too!!
