      I called in to ask about banking and the rep that answered the phone answered as if she was answering her own personal phone . There was no customer service professionalism on her end. When I asked a question and she didn't hear me instead of saying "I didn't hear you can you repeat that" she responded " what now!?" So I repeated my question. Finally when she provided an answer she did so in a way that made me feel as if I asked a stupid question when I have never had to use the function I called in about. I get it black neighborhood etc but I don't want a ghetto experience for my banking.

      The worse experience with a long wait time. There are no tellers inside and all customers must wait in lines at the drive through that move at a snail pace. Unacceptable!
