      This branch has been temporarily closed for sometime now and I cannot access my safe deposit box. They have a phone number and email listed to find out how to access safe deposit but after multiple calls, emails there have been no response. The call center help desk have no clue either. Very un[professional with no regards to their customer needs

      This bank receives one star because it has an ATM. Otherwise it would receive none. You are still unable to go inside, and the drive-through is always backed up. There are also withdrawal limits at the bank. The employee stated it is because they are a drive-through only, however one would think that if you are not allowing people to come inside for no reason, that you would at least be able to do regular transactions through the drive through, not the case. Get it together Wells Fargo.
