      I've been a Wells Fargo customer way before they became Wells Fargo so I do love this bank and I do all my banking with them. I did try Bank of America but didn't really care for their service as well as TD Bank so my opinion is Wells Fargo gets five stars. The five stars come from great customer service throughout the years easy access through online bill pay easy with getting any kind of loans and approved right away and just overall great service every time I went into a Wells Fargo Bank.

      I understand your branch might be busy but a simple "hello, how can I help you? " goes a long way. This was my first time going to this branch and my last. No one even bother to give us any information on wait time or even to sign up to be seen by an associate. I have a business account and personal accounts with this bank but I will never give my business to this branch at all.

      I am customer of wellsfargo and I went for notary they said they are closing even if 4.30 and they are not busy they all do not want to work and refuse me said come tomorrow they have one banker and he is on break closing time customer service is very bad
