  I've been with Wells Fargo for almost 30 years and for the most part my experiences have been positive. When I moved to Roundup MT from Las Vegas 4 years ago, there was a local branch. The tellers were friendly, helpful and knew me by name. Since then the local branch closed and I now have to drive 50 miles to the nearest office. The tellers are still pleasant, but there seems to be a change in corporate policy. Now, it does seem that how well you're treated is directly related to your account balance. I'll continue to stay with Wells Fargo, but I hope they realize their customers are watching closely and there are other options.

  I approached the teller counter to ask for assistance with opening a bank account. There was 3 tellers. 1 was helping a customer, 1 was at the drive up window and the 3rd was talking to a customer for about 10 mins while there was folks standing in line. She saw all of us and continued to gossip with a customer. Bad customer service on her part! She was in a blue coat with black shirt.

  Older lady teller behind the counter was off-putting and strange. I asked a question regarding a transfer and she gave me this skeptical look while eyeing me up and down. Not sure what her deal is but it didn’t make me feel very welcomed. However, the banker I dealt with was a dream and quickly helped me out!
