Wanted to open an account and said it was open today (Saturday) and the lobby isn’t open. Someone should change the description of being “open” until 1 PM because I drove down there expecting to be able to sit down with a person and set up an account as I am busy throughout the week. It’s just a little misleading is all.

Unfortunately, Google does not allow us to differentiate our listed hours between the lobby and the drive up. We will certainly take your perspective into consideration. In the mean time, we want to help you get that account open. Our lobbies open earlier and stay open later than most banks with lobby hours from 8:30 to 4:30.....5:00 on Fridays. Accounts can also be opened online. Please accept our apologies.

Dosnt update app quick enuff spending transactions in my account totally screws me on bills every two weeks I’m about to go to a new bank if changes aren’t made

This bank IS terrible. Money gets pulled out randomly & transactions are “Pending” for days sometimes. & will screw you over. Do not use this bank
