      TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've never been the type of person to review a location, but this experience was so bad that I needed to share. Avoid this location if you can. Called over the phone and spoke with an employee named Nelson. He asked me 6 security questions and when one was answered incorrectly (due to changing addresses and the address on file not being changed) I was told "NOPE, you failed the questions can't give you any information". After making it known that I was not getting off of the phone until an error that this location had made on my account was fixed, Nelson got even ruder. He would follow up questions with " DO YOU GET IT NOW?" and act as if I was stupid, when in reality he was very incompetent on how to do his job. Considering switching banks simply because of this experience.
