      they are very well aware of the 1st and 15th when not only peoole get paid, but store employees come to get their change and today is 15th with 2 tellers moving at the speed of 2 racing turtles, a line that stretches outside of 15 people and tellers attitude is:" you can wait, its our noney and you need the money not me"

      When I came to the bank and explained I need copies of my old checks today I was told I would have to make an appointment for another day. I felt disappointed and said it couldn’t wait because of an IRS audit deadline. Mary Diaz took the time to get my records for me. Thanks again for her help and support during a stressful time.
