  The most professional thieves work here !!! A half-fat male clerk helped my mother at the cashier. He ONLY helped you print a receipt for your account statement and this thief authorized a $ 1000.0 transaction. My mother never authorized any transaction but He said He did. My mother never got her money back and this guy is still working there. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THAT CHUBBY WITH GLASSES HE IS ALWAYS INSIDE THE BENCH RIGHT AT THE ENTRANCE WITH A TABLET ACCORDING TO HELPING PEOPLE !!!! Pickpocket I hope one day you will receive your punishment for stealing old people like my mother. This Bank should pay more attention to employees like you to save what little integrity they have left. AND WITH MANY 🥚 🥚 🥚 I FLY THEM TO SCREAM !!!! RAAAAAATTEEEEEERRRROOOOOSSSSS !!!!

  My wife and I went in for an appointment to open a business checking account. We had to wait one day to get someone to schedule the appointment in the first place. We showed to the scheduled appointment 10 minutes early (apt. was at 11:00am) and we waited for a representative for 25 minutes after 11am. We are used to dealing with professionals and we just couldn't do business with irresponsible unprofessional people. We decided to leave since nobody showed. As we are walling out the receptionist (greeter) says "so you are not going to wait" - like if is our duty to please the workers of this branch. That comment was the cherry on top. I highly advise that you all try Bank of America or Mechanics Bank, avoid this Branch at all cost.
