Excellent attention. You can request an appointment online and rest assured that you will be attended to on time and by very friendly staff. They can request that the appointment be made in Spanish.

The ATM machines are down again in Newark and in East Orange! This happens frequently in the urban areas but not so much in other areas, if you know what I mean! Wells Fargo does not care about its' customers! Wells Fargo's gives customer a substandard service. They don't loan customers or businesses in this area any money. Just check out their CRA reports! Why is Wells Fargo in this community in the first place? So understand this Wells Fargo will charge you for overdraft fees but if you can't put the money in the fees will increase. Whose fault is that especially when your machines don't work!

Slow and rude service. Surely they can and should have more than teller working. That security guard needs to learn to treat all as valued customers
