  I have been a Wells Fargo customer for many years. I've had home loans, auto loans, and many interactions through my business with their representatives. I rarely take the time to write reviews other than about restaurants and hotels through Trip Advisor (I've written a few well deserved bad ones). I just wanted to take the time to praise Alexander Kister at the Rogers branch for his exceptional communication and customer service skills. He is without a doubt the most professional representative I have had contact with at any Wells Fargo in the last 25 years.

  Is not open on Saturdays. They don't answer their phones on weekdays.

  I am rating this branch on specifically the fact that they do not have a coin machine for their customers. I brought a small container of assorted coins and was told I would have to count and roll the coins myself and then bring them back to exchange. I was also told that the reason for not having a machine is because the business owners (who are not actually Wells Fargo..?) found it too expensive to maintain. Thought it was all very odd and not customer friendly.
