It's the worst service you can get in this bank. You have to wait 2 hours for them to attend to you...to make a wire transfer. .. the person who is manager is useless, they are very slow has a 5 people who are only in the offices playing candy crush

If I could give zero stars I would. It is ridiculous that every time I visit there is an astronomical wait time. Which is baffling because every visit I make there’s more than enough employees either behind the counter or sitting at the desk. This being the only branch centrally located within the McDonaugh area sometimes I have no choice. I would encourage this branch to work on not only customer service but servicing your customer promptly.
