It would be easier to rate this branch if I were able to speak to someone In person. I went from menu to menu of options being put on hold 3 times while waiting for someone answer in between before being cutoff and and call was automatically ended.

Horrible customer service. Branch manager was extremely rude, couldn't explain the confusing bank policy and just turned around and left in the middle of conversation.
