I've been on hold for 10 minutes, someone picked up the call, placed me back on hold for another 10-12 minutes. No way to save your place in line to have a call back or email. No other # to call. This is not the first time I've had this happen to me. Not good PR if considering WF.

Unable to go in to talk to anyone, understandable in a pandemic. Unable to reach anyone by phone either. It's like they don't want us to do business with them, and I'm inclined to let them have their way.
