      I have lived here for 3 years now and I must say this branch has some of the friendliest and helpful people working there. Yes I know covid was challenging for some but what business wasn't suffering. I don't do much inside business but I did yesterday and I left feeling so good about my bank. Anna was very helpful and such a beautiful person. Thank you WFB for being there.

      This bank is the slowest I’ve ever seen. Trying to close my dad account after he passed away. Been here over a hour. Talked to manager and she said I needed to use a banker I said ok waited on him to show up. Then he calls me in and he don’t know what he’s doing cause he keeps going back and fourth to the managers office. This one reason I hate WellsFargo La Vernia.
