My mom has dementia and I'm her p.o.a. I signed her up with Wells Fargo. The staff and bank manager always give 110 percent. I've never had a problem that they didn't get resolved immediately. I would recommend Wells Fargo to anyone who banks. I can't speak for them all but I can speak for the Wells Fargo in Sheridan Wyoming. I love your customer service and your staff has always gone above and beyond thank you Barbara Rasmusson

If i could give wells fargo negative 10 stars i would. They are terrible in everyway from mortgages, to daily banking. Never use wells fargo.

Terrible service, the employees talked poorly about us behind our backs, and yelled at others right in front of us. We had to leave without completing what we had gone to do because of the negligence delivered there. Will not be going again.
