      After calling 3 branches with no avail and frankly very rude reps over the phone, Me and my husband contacted this branch in a hurry because we had to wire mortgage closing costs right away. The girl who answered the phone was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She scheduled us for an appt asap. When he went in today, he was helped right away. Great job from all reps at this branch! We will be return customers for sure.

      Called many time with no one picking up the phone. Showing up in person; no banker was available for the day. Teller suggested other banks close to this branch; I asked if I can ask his help make an appointment, since I failed to make appointment myself. The teller told me I am taking too much of his time and he has to be fair to other customers waiting. The truth was I took less than 1 minutes to explain the situation and there was no one behind until 30 seconds ago. This branch is poorly resourced; teller is not interested in helping.
