Her attention to my needs was focused and she was entirely knowledgeable about the process.       Failed to make an appointment with Cassandra. In the past 2 weeks, I left my phone number 3 times (once in person/twice on the phone) and emailed Cassandra twice to see her availability. Not even ONE reply.

      Welp, it would have been helpful to know that this specific location ONLY does drive through. And only ONE LANE is open during the day...sooo...going during a lunch break would DEFINITELY NOT SUGGEST that lol..tack on at LEAST another 10-15 mins if you're in line..the lady was nice once I GOT up to the tube thingy lol...but MY GAWWWWWD WHY ARE BANKS, DMV AND POST OFFICES SOOOOOO SLOWWWWW when it comes to getting a task completed?! I swear it's like the sloth from Zootopia! (IYKYK!) But the ACTUAL customer service part was great. The woman who helped me was lovely to speak with and professional! Other than the wait time...it served its purpose...thank GAWWWD my direct deposit kicked in ugh!
