      All the tellers at this bank are a pleasure to deal with. So kind. Xiomara the branch manager when out of her way to help me with getting a insurance check taking care of. I truly appreciate the great customer service !

      Just went down hill! Had an account that I couldn’t access because I am a “minor” and according to the branch manager, in PA you’re still a minor the first year of 21 so basically until you’re 22. Which is completely wrong according to the pa.gov website, which states that “a person is a minor if he/she is UNDER 21 years” not 21 and under, just under! I was perfectly able to go to the Lititz branch and Centerville Rd branch and withdraw from MY account easily. The branch manager was very rude and not helpful. Telling me that the only way I would have access to MY account is if my aunt came along with. I would highly advise the branch manager to learn the state law of who is considered a minor before managing a Wells Fargo branch.
