Go for the architecture, stay for the customer service! Lance is a phenomenal personal banker and has performed multiple follow up calls with me to ensure that all of mine and my wife's needs are met regarding our account with Wells Fargo, and continues to do so. Plus, every single teller that we've worked with always meets us with a smile and is always in a cheerful mood. I would not only recommend this bank, but I would recommend this branch, too!

Customer service has always been hit or miss for me at this specific branch for the past 3 years. Yesterdays visit on 5/21/20 to deposit a check was a horrible experience. I was lied to, insulted, and made to feel inferior to other customers not only by the drive up teller but the "manager" as well. I am not sure what happened to the manager of the bank I spoke to 6 months ago ( he was as nice and professional as they came and went out of his way to help me with a problem/question I had), but the little girl claiming to be the manager at this time has put a dark stain on the name of Wells Fargo for me. I have been a customer for nearly a decade and have taken my WF account with me through 4 states over the course of that time. The WF app works great and solved my problem.

Nice bank and very nice employees i like that every so often they will call me and thank me for my business and ask me if there is any thing they can help me with. Wells Fargo also keeps a very good eye on my account and lets me know right away if there is any suspicious purchases.
