      This use to be my go to bank but with my last few visits it is apparent customer sevice is not their number 1 priority and they will change your accounts without notifying you and without authorization. Will be filing a complaint.

      Trish Duffield is a terrible manager. Her attitude towards customer is terrible. At least if she treats everyone how she treated me.
