      We, the customers of this branch have been told for nearly 18 months that it was about to reopen. Its obvious that will never happen.

      Went in so they could help me securely fax a document needed for my student loan and they said that their banker was busy until 5 (3 hour wait). I clarified that I just needed it faxed to the student loans department and was told it was not something they could handle. Not sure why they don’t know the fax number to one of their departments but I am severely disappointed in how the handled this situation especially since it was a simple fax. If you have any issue that are more than a deposit you may have to go to another location since a simple fax is too complicated for the people here.
