      There's two ladies at drive thru who are always friendly but sometimes I get the lady who always seems to be having a bad day and just has a not so nice attitude and it seems like she so displeased with my small transactions, but she must be having some different things happening to her often to always looking rude Unfortunately at another branch I always had a couple of transactions on every pay period and the same lady would attend to me but would always insist on getting banking online, at one point she became upset when I told I would rather not, so if everyone does their own banking online why do we need the bank tellers, there's always a way to speak to people.Just saying.
