  I had a horrible experience at this agency with two male employees who were rude to me and refused to help me. They said if I wanted help I should call the bank by phone. I have been to the agency three times and they again made no effort to understand my problem. I said I would close my account and they just shrugged their shoulders and said “Okay”. NO ONE in this bank speaks Portuguese, Long Branch has one of the largest communities of Brazilians and no one in this bank is able to help in Portuguese. If you need a bank that speaks your language, go to Santander, they do have English, Spanish and Portuguese. Luckily for me, a very nice and polite girl can help me at another Wells Fargo branch in Eatontown.
