Went in to make a deposit, had the pleasure of talking to Crystal as she was the teller, and Denise came over and asked if I had any questions about my deposit or mobile deposits, those two ladies are the best! I'll be using this branch more often.

Horrible experience. All of our residential mail isn't going to all of our west grove plaza ups store box.Instead all of our bank statements are getting sent to our residential address where it gets stolen, , 800# didn't update our addresses as promised either!Our mail gets stolen here or return to sender deliberately from filthy dirty neighbors whom throw garbage on the driveway causing a maggot infestation!Yuck!đ

I love going to this bank. Theres barely ever a wait for drive threw. The employees are also great to deal with. I will be returning there often.
