      Four stars because Wells Fargo in general, meh, but this location, I'm very impressed. I originally called customer service at the corporate level, who were unwilling to walk me through anything over the phone, so I went in person and was pleased to find the staff pleasant and helpful. They quickly resolved my issue and I would recommend this branch 100% after that experience. I gather that the person I worked with had just been promoted to manager, and I can see why. Those who've given bad reviews, I'd say give it another shot because there's new leadership there, and she's all capability and respect. I felt I was in good hands.

      Worst bank ever! Had my mom stop in to deposit some of my money for me so I wouldn't have to go out of the house because I'm on crutches. They would not deposit my cash I sent with her because they don't know her and she could be giving them counterfeit money! Are you SERIOUS!!?? I can't believe they did that. She had to write a check! I know in the early future here I will find somewhere else to bank. That is ridiculous!!! This was the Cloquet Wells Fargo!

      A fine bank with polite teller. Easy access on frontage road and ok parking. Sort of on the outskirts of town but very convenient from I-35. Convenient from Black Bear Casino too if you do that sort of thing.
