I like the new teller, Amy. She gave great service the last couple of times I came there. It was nice to spot Evelin Espana as well. I remember her and her great service from Springfield Plaza.

The manager and staff are nice, but not the best branch to visit. It seems to be unorganized and understaffed (maybe because of COVID, not sure). I'm not a fan of the set-up, you'll be waiting for some time even to get greeted sitting behind that wall.
