  Not only will they not allow me to help my elderly widowed mom do her banking but can't make an appt via the website either to see them in person. Will be moving all accounts & investments asap. Big mistake, huge...customer service is so rude i wish i could give less than 1 star 🤬 dealing with my mother crying because Brookhaven pa & Hammonton nj branches are ridiculous with returning calls & setting appointments. Pnc here we come with over 100k.

  Terrible Customer Service, individual who answers phone at the branch is extremely rude. Attempting to open account but have simple questions before doing so. Since I was trying to do This for elderly family member. Who doesn’t even know how to use the internet. They just keep demanding you make appointment ONLINE… There is still a generation that can’t use the internet, They must not want the business. Do not recommend, will be pulling all money from bank and not suggesting anyone else do business with them. Customer service is a lost art.

  Called in advance to see if they was going to be able to cash a check they told they would be able to cash the check no problem. This is the nearest wellsfargo to me which was a 35min drive. I get there and the teller tells they can't cash my check. I had to wait 1 week in order to cash my check due to the amount. I proceeded to explain to the teller I called and talked to somebody in this bank and this check and still got the run around. What a waste of time.
