  love this bank its just sad when someone gets transferred because they treat you like family and are missed.I am not going to name names because there all awesome .

  I went there today to open an account. The Branch Banker told me that I need an appointment to open an account perhaps I already in front of her and she had no customer she said I'm leaving at 1pm despite I'm there 12:20 more time to help me but they are lazy. She told me to open online or go to other branch very frustrating.just to.open an account they give us a hardwire its unacceptable nightmare its a nightmare

  Had the worst experience here 2 days ago. I walked in and explained I needed a cashier's check because I was closing my Wells Fargo accounts and switching to Chase. There was 1 person speaking to an associate in their office, and one person sitting in the waiting area. There were 3 receptionists at the front and they proceed to tell me that I had to make an appointment JUST to close an account. They gave me the cashier's check and said I had to call the 800 number so that they can close the account. It was very inconvenient for me as I was trying to get this done all in 1 day but clearly they were too lazy to help me. The front desk ladies were also miserable and did the minimum amount of work. Just another reason why I am switching to Chase!
