  I run a business located in South Lake Tahoe area and were looking to get a business loan with Wells Fargo. We had a meeting set up with a specific loan specialist, Amber Nevarez. At the designated time and date, she stood us up and never came to the meeting, and also never communicated that she would be late. We ended up leaving and bringing our business to a different bank because of the lack of professionalism shown at Wells Fargo. Dont give Wells Fargo your money.

  I had the worst experience of my life at this banking branch earlier today. These folks are understaffed and they dont let you forget it the entire time you are there. The staff is rude, inconsiderate and filled with animosity because of it. Any sense of providing customer service is long gone. They should all be retrained or, better yet, fire them and hire individuals who care about their customers.

  What a joke this sorry excuse for a bank is. They often “temporarily close” without any warning. Basically, their inability to attract and retain employees becomes the customers problem. On two occasions in the last month, I arrived at this branch only to find out it was not opening that day. My only option was to drive across town and wait in line for over an hour because that branch was also short staffed. If the company I work for didn’t issue our paychecks from Wells, I would never have a reason to set foot in one. The company in general sucks, but they need to close this branch down for good because their inability to service customers is mildly infuriating
