I have opened many accounts (business, IOLTA, credit card, savings, etc.) at this branch and highly recommend it. Great people, super helpful and take the time to address my specific needs every time I'm in there. Most of my dealings have been with Banker Carlos Preciado. He is awesome.

Tried to open acct but encountered a very unprofessional attitude from WF employee. Unfriendly, unhelpful and was treated like the bank was doing me a favor by allowing me keep my $ there. She did not even bother to find out whether I would be keeping $8k or $800k in said acct. However she made sure to list a myriad of bank regulations. Will be taking my $ elsewhere
