  Really bothers me that I had to write this review since peggy Catherine was very helpful and respectful unfortunately Nuryz Almeida was not she just looked at me with a blank face I figured she was just having a bad day but that wasn’t the case after saying hi to her since she couldn’t even say that and telling her what I needed help with she just dump me into the corner and said I’m not sure if anyone could help you here…..but just wait there…… making me feel like a piece of trash. While waiting there and taking a deep breath she greeted everyone very happy with a big smile that’s when I realized it was the color of my skin that she didn’t like. Btw I had never experienced this in my life.

  The worst. Donna Moy-Waletzki is incompetent. When formal complaints are lodged and escalated through two levels of executive management, there is still no resolution. Take your money elsewhere.

  The so called “bankers” don’t want to work at all. 130pm and they are still at lunch. Please avoid this location at all costs.
