      They deliver incredible customer service, with that being said the chats get pretty long and they are consistently understaffed so the 2 paired together makes for long wait times. Love the people, please put more of them on the counter.

      So. I don't usually enjoy going though this banking drive through. For some reason it takes forEver and whoever is working the window is either overwhelmed or gabbing with other customers (I understand it's a small town) but come on already. But, that being said, today and yesterday were both great. Nikki, or Nicole, not sure, did a great job. Super friendly but not talking to people about their cousin's uncle's brother or whatever, and efficient as well. I hope she works every day. Sorry Nikki. Ha
