      Our mortgage was also sold to wells fargo. Beware they do not follow terms and conditions you originally agree to. They applied a payment to principle not the loan then claim we are a month late on payment, charging us interest and destroying our credit rating. We paid in FULL on TIME. In my opinion PREDATORY LENDER... Hundreds of Millions in fines in REPEATED class action suits...equals corrupt corporate culture.

      My loan was sold to Wells Fargo by Denali FCU and their customer service has been awful. It takes multiple calls for things as simple as changing my phone number on the account. Stay away from Wells Fargo and hope your credit union doesn't sell your loan to them.
