  This bank is an absolute JOKE. MORE OFTEN THAN NOT THEY'RE CLOSED AND THEY DON'T PUT IT ON THEIR WEBSITE. IF YOU'RE GOING TO SHUT YOUR BUSINESS DOWN PUT IT ON YOUR WEBSITE!!! I LOADED MY THREE TODDLERS TO GO TO THE BANK ONLY TO FIND OUT IT'S CLOSED.

  I have been a Wells Fargo customer in Texas for many years . I visited the Great Falls branch on 1400 3rd street and was disappointed in the poor service and unfriendly attitude. They do not have restrooms for their customers. They would not convert or deposit my Canadian coins for me, only the bills. Overall i found the people in Great Falls very friendly, except at Wells Fargo. This branch sure needs improvement.
