  I'm surprised by the negative responses this bank has received. I have found them to be very helpful, and friendly. I just moved my checking to them and now have a mortgage too. I know they have had some issues in the past but I think they have improved and I would rate this bank 5 stars for the treatment I have received in the past.

  Very dissatisfied will be switching banks soon they can't give me any info on my accounts would not recommend them.

  It seems every month Wells Fargo takes away one more element of convenience for customers here in Great Falls Montana. It starts with branches being closed and now they're curtailing hours in the morning and in the late afternoon. They are making it very hard for business customers to get business done in an efficient way.
