      No one answers phone and robot does not have option for callback or hold so one must call back, and back, and back. Any the fix is so easy… sad

      Thank you Polly!! The banker I was scheduled to meet with was busy with a previous appointment and so I had to wait almost half my appointment time (which was my lunch break) helpless until she came and offered her service. Got what I needed done in less than ten minutes!
