Really poor customer service. They are giving us issues with a bank account that my grandparents had and we are trying to get it sorted out and they are giving my family major issues. I had issues with this bank before and had to switch to another bank when I lived out there. I have Wells Fargo in Las Vegas and they are awesome so it is just this branch that has the poor service.

Covid is pretty much over i could not get through calling the branch directly at this time only "2" employees working. called the help line they said i could walk in. I did and was then sent to the drive through
