      I came here to open a bank account. No other bank I've had issues with and a simple straightforward process of opening an account was stressful. I would recommend either going to another bank or opening an account at a main branch instead.

      if I could, I would give zero stars. Long story short I deposited money in the atm. The atm took my money but didn'tdeposit it. I tried the branch location i was at they told me they don't deal with that but here's a 1800 number I can call. So not feeling so secure about my money, I call and make a claim. Its been about 2 weeks with no contact from them. I try calling to check on the claim almost everyday. My wait time is always 30min and over and they finally pick up wait about 20 sec. Without saying anything and hang up. I never been so annoyed with a bank . I would not recommend this bank for the simple fact that the branches don't extend any help to help you figure it out. (Because clearly the 1800 # is a waste of time) As soon as I get a refund I will definitely be closing my account.
