The lady that helped me at the window was very sweet but the rest of the crew including the manager couldn’t care less about customer service. I find the WF branch in Waynesboro is far superior management wise.

ATM services are literally always down. It hasn’t been the first or second time that I’ve been here after work (after their business hours) and they are having issues with their server or their ATM system. It is annoying that you are stuck and cannot deposit any money to your account. The ONLY SINGLE ATM is down, it is closed and the tellers are closed.
