      Five Star service from Audra today in Basking Ridge. What amazing customer service! I was there with my son and we had a very unusual question about a money order and we assumed that we would be told she could not help us. She was so informative and extremely pleasant.       I am trying to repoort fraud and at emergency number for FRAUD I am put on hold for 25 minuites because every banker is busy. This is the worst Babk I have ever dealt with in my life and I am in my 80s so I have dealt with a lot of banks. NONE is so bad as Wells Fargo

      The employees are incredibly nice but it always takes so long to do simple transactions. They’ll have maybe one or two tellers available for the lobby and the drive up and a supervisor. The supervisor doesn’t do anything besides greet the patrons and then let you know that someone will be with you shortly. I’m at the drive through doing a simple deposit and it’s taking 10 minutes.
