On March 10,2022 My family and I visited Wells Fargo And a Mr. David Fingar helped us with a few issues that we had unresolved. From our recent move from Miami. He was courteous, professional, respectful, and was knowledgeable in everything we needed. Management quality! We recommend this bank and have become faithful customers!

The worst thing is a lot of racism for not speaking English correctly and they kept me waiting for almost two hours and I got up and went to chase bank and it was great

30 minutes on hold to find out why my savings has a insufficient funds charge on it while my main account has the funds to cover it. I spoke with Nina, she didn’t seem to interested in trying to help or make it right and refused to help me close my saving account. I understand there is a shortage of workers and you must take what you can get, but as a financial institution, I’d like to think you have standards. I’ll be closing my account come end of week. Chase offers much better customer support and transparency. I’ll be taking my money there.
