      So I guess Location is the key to great service? The Bowie location was down for the the day. Both tellers at this location are , fast at the job and very nice. Even when dealing with rude customers that step out of line.Thank you for the great service.

      If I could rate 0 stars I would. Wells Fargo does not care about their business banking customers. When we first started banking we would get a hold on large checks, which is understandable, but now years later they have decided to put a hold on a check, in the middle of a pandemic, and our workers/bills cannot be paid due to this. I've called multiple reps and no one can give an answer as to why our check is randomly held, or who can lift the hold. It's absolutely unacceptable, and now we have to figure out where to get money from to pay our obligations since the bank will not give us our money like we would normally receive it. As a business, we need access to our money since it keeps our business going, allows us to order our materials for the next job, and most importantly pay our workers who need their money now more than ever. Instead of helping small business your crippling it by not allowing access to our money in a timely manner, over 9 days of a hold is not acceptable for a business.
