      I am visiting the area for vacation but needed to take care of a banking matter. Not only did Franco good care of me as I would have with my WF private banker in the Bay Area, but also very courteous and resourceful. Definitely thumbs up for him!

      This is the worth branch that I ever seen after more than 7 years dealing with them. I have all my accounts with this terrible bank. They don’t cash a cashier check that they mention to me that the cashier check is secured fund account and it doesn’t make sense that they can’t cash it as secured fund. I asked for manager, manager is more than half an hour talking with phone and I am still standing up middle of the branch. They won’t helpful at all and rude.

      They are a good branch except one thing. It takes one and sometimes two days to have the money be uploaded from your account once you deposit your check at the bank, even when you do mobile deposit. That is honestly a waste of time in my honest and correct opinion. It should be immediate.
