  Seriously avoid this institution. Banked here before, left because of fees and poor customer service. A few years in I'm back, dealing with my parents accounts. I made 4 visits, about four hours, all to deal with a very simple matter that took less than 30 minutes each at two credit unions. The people that work there have NO authority. They are on the phone and on hold the whole time waiting for someone else to make any actual changes. As I'm writing this, I am deep into hour 2 of having them simply make my online banking user name work. WELLS FARGO could learn from the DMV. Seriously this is the worst. Worse than government services, etc. Incredible people still trust this place with any money at all. UPDATE (2022-04-03): My father had a stroke and is incapacitated. He had everything laid out, Power of Attorney, etc. I am still trying to gain access to the checking account here. I need to pay his insurance premiums before the policies get cancelled and taxes are unpaid. I am still not able to access it. When I call customer service, its like nobody is in charge. They keep passing the buck to some other person. IF YOU ARE OLDER AND HAVE AN ACCOUNT HERE, AND PLAN TO HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER HANDLE YOUR FINANCES, YOU CANNOT TRUST THIS ORGANIZATION TO DO ANYTHING MAKE THINGS EASIER TO MANAGE YOUR LOVED ONE'S FINANCES. NOBODY CARES... AT ALL. My parents have accounts at Credit Unions and my experience at credit unions has been completely different. AT THE CREDIT UNIONS, I SIT DOWN FOR ONE MEETING AND BY THE END OF THE HOUR, ALL LEGAL ISSUES ARE ADDRESSED AND THEY MAKE SURE THAT I HAVE ACCESS TO WHAT I AM LEGALLY ALLOWED ACCESS TO, IN ORDER TO PREVENT MY FATHER FROM HAVING EVEN MORE FINANCIAL ISSUES ON TOP OF THE ONES ALREADY HAPPENING IN HIS TIME OF HARDSHIP.
