  I went in thinking that I could pay off my auto loan at the branch location. I was told that they can't do that there and they didn't know if they could even stamp the check. So they decided to call some place and they said they need proof that my actual bank cut me & them a check to pay off the wells fargo loan. I went back to my place and printed off the loan agreement that I have with my bank. When I came back another person that was working called another place and was told that they just needed to send in the check. So now I am waiting for some sort of proof that the check was sent to where ever wells fargo auto is located. I have this funny feeling that it is sitting on someones desk still in North Mankato. To be very honest, wells fargo has kind of screwed a few people in my family with loans and I wasn't sure I wanted to get my auto loan through them. I wasn't really having any issues until I went to the branch location. I have called just about every 1800 number for wells fargo and have gotten the response of "you just have to wait and see"............. I am just wanting to know why a branch location doesn't have educated staff on these matters and why can't a branch location basically apply the check to my account??? If there is any one that reads this from wells fargo I would really like to know if the check I handed in to pay off my truck loan left north mankato. PS Never doing banking business with Wells Fargo EVER again!

  If I could give North Mankato 0 stars I would! The manager of all ppl was extremely rude! Just awful woman! Been banking with Wells Fargo since I was 16. But after this last experience I’m looking in to different banks.
