  Taneria (hope I spelled it correctly!), Gigi, and Erica are phenomenal ladies. After dealing with multiple branches, and being just over all frustrated and emotionally drained, these ladies made my day so much better. Taneria was SO kind and immediately willing to do everything she could to help. It was tough trying to close my late father's account, but all of you made the process so much easier.

  This was my favorite bank since it was next to my house, but since they removed the ATM from the Sheldon side, the service is terrible since the other ATM never has money or is turned off, and when I go to work the bank It still hasn't opened so I can't use the ATMs inside, I think they should reinstall the Sheldon ATM, that would greatly improve the service and demand since the service is now lousy and I have to go to other ATMs that have been removed from my home.

  Woow every day worse service! To start with, the ATMs don't work, I go to the express line and it lasted 30 minutes and there was only one car in front of me 🙁 the girls are super slow to make a withdrawal, the managers have to work on it!!
